What is your refund policy?
At Esoteric Essentialz, every item is created and packaged with care and intention. Because many of our products are spiritual tools and made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
However, if you receive an incorrect item or there is a quality issue with your order, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll gladly assist you.
What is your shipping policy?
We do our best to ensure your order is processed and shipped with care and intention.
Processing Time: Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.
Shipping Rates:
– Orders under 1 lb: $4.50
– Orders over 1 lb: $10.00
– Free shipping on all orders over $99
Shipping Carrier: We ship via USPS. Once your order is handed over to USPS, we ar not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately so we can correct it before your order ships.

Our teas come in loose-leaf form to preserve quality and potency. We recommend using a tea infuser, strainer, or reusable tea bag to brew your blend. Instructions are included with every order.
